What is a pre-recorded video message?
The beauty of personalisation lies in taking out time for someone you really care about. Tell them how you feel about them or simply wish them on their special day or invite them for a party or may be sing a song or just imitate them. Get creative. Be brief yet peppy and have good fun doing it.

Almost all the wedeos have a 5 to 10 seconds slot for your personal video message. You can record your video on mobile phone or any digital camera of your choice. Make sure to keep it sweet and brief. We’ll eventually trim it to fit the fixed time slot of that particular video. Once saved, upload it in the personalisation form alongside the video chosen

I've placed the order but I didn't get the video. Where is it?
We personalise and deliver within 48 hours of receiving the order. Some of our videos take longer to make than others. Shorter ones like greetings generally get delivered within 15 minutes whereas longer ones like invites can take upto 24 hours to create.
After we’ve created your video it becomes available on our website which you can access by following the links sent to you in email. Please remember, that this isn’t a guaranteed time frame and your order can take up to five working days to become available if we’re ordered to create custom designs from scratch.

Oh no! I've made a mistake with my order, can I change it?
Absolutely Yes!
Mistakes happen and we’ll try our best to amend your order.
Please mail us or whatsapp us the changes as soon as possible.
I don't want to write my message in English, can I write it in another language?
We’re hoping to offer more languages in the future, however this isn’t something our system can support at the moment.
We suggest using English language for your personalisation. If you’re not sure whether the letters/characters you’d like to personalise your videos with are supported by our system, please contact us and we’ll check for you.
Is it possible to add guest's names in the video invites?
Its a great idea to send a video invite personalised with the name of the recipient. It, not only, becomes unique but leaves a lasting impression in the minds of the recipients about your thoughtfulness.
We’ll gladly create a couple of such videos for you at no extra cost. If you plan to create and send hundreds of them, kindly get in touch with us.
I want to cancel my order, what should I do?
Please phone us immediately on +911123943707 or chat with us on our site and we’ll try to cancel your order before it is sent to our production team.
Please phone us rather than sending an email, as your order may have already been produced before we get round to your email.
Unfortunately, once the videos are created we can’t cancel it.
